Approach
I took an agile, discussion-based approach to develop a brand & business strategy as their ambition was not only expanding the brand but also supporting the community and recovering the local economy.

Outcome
Bi-weekly meetings were held to update and recalibrate the direction. Final strategy was created in collaboration with the brand senior stakeholders and currently being discussed for execution. I have also supported the creation of the document for the brand to apply for the governmental grant to restructure and expand their business.
